In this 6-session group therapy program, you’ll engage in guided activities rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Expressive Art Therapy, etc. Whether you’re looking to gain new perspectives, feel less alone, or grow alongside others, this space is for you.

Important Notes:

  • Price: ₹2999 ₹1999 per person if you bring in others (friends, peers, etc.), or ₹3000 ₹2500 if enrolling individually.

  • Seats are limited, and group sessions begin only once a group is formed, so please expect a short waiting period before the batch begins.

You can if you’re canceling and rescheduling 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. However, under no circumstances, we offer refunds. Please kindly go through our terms & conditions.
